The Expertise You Have

5-6 years of experience in test automation (web + API)

Strong programming skills in: Java ,JavaScript (must-have, strong proficiency)

Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as:Rest Assured,Playwright,Karate,Cypress

Experience in designing scalable automation frameworks from scratch

Strong understanding of test strategy, test design, and QA methodologies

Experience with API testing, validation, and mocking

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)

Good understanding of version control systems (Git)

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Good to Have

Experience in finance/banking domain (payments, lending, trading, or core banking systems)

Understanding of financial regulations, data security, and compliance testing

Experience with BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber)

Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6)

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Soft Skills
