Executive Regional Sales Development

Summary:

The Sales Development Executive will be responsible for end-to-end visicooler(VC) lifecycle management, ensuring optimal deployment, performance, and maintenance of assets to drive sales throughput, visibility, and asset productivity.
The role requires strong cross-functional coordination across Sales, Supply Chain, 3P partners, and OEMs to ensure seamless execution and adherence to defined SOPs.

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

Visicooler End-End Management

Deployment planning:
Execute visicooler deployment plans aligned with GTM priorities and regional targets
Coordinate with stakeholders including:
o Manufacturers
o Logistics partners
o 3P deployment agencies
o Sales team & distributors (CFAs)
Ensure proper store selection, site readiness, and installation planning

End to End Operations:
Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between Sales and external partners
o Drive complete deployment lifecycle:
o Store identification & enrollment
o Deployment execution
o Asset tagging and tracking
Ensure adherence to standard deployment SOPs and timelines

Asset Tracking, Audit & Redeployment
Ensure accurate asset tagging, geo-tracking, and scanning compliance
Conduct periodic audits to validate asset presence and functionality
Identify underperforming assets and drive redeployment actions

Performance Management:
Track and drive VC performance KPIs including:
o Productivity (PDO)
o Billing compliance
o Throughput & usage
Ensure 100% billing and productivity improvement through better utilization
Drive adoption of performance dashboards and tracking tools

Merchandising & In-Store Excellence
Ensure correct placement, visibility, and planogram compliance
Drive:
o Right merchandising
o Promotional execution
o Visibility standards in-store
Improve consumer visibility and offtake via better VC execution

Stakeholder Management & Training
Work closely with Sales teams to ensure consistent usage of VC systems
Train field teams on:
o Portal/dashboard usage
o Performance improvement actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply, Tech, Analytics)
Support and track VC maintenance on day to basis or work closely with Voltas technical support team to manage day to day to day basis VC complaints

Maintenance & Service Management
Track and manage daily visicooler complaints and service requests
Coordinate with OEM partners (e.g., Voltas) for timely resolution
Ensure adherence to service TAT and AMC guidelines
Minimize downtime through proactive escalation and follow-ups-

Billing compliance (% VC billed)

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:

- This role requires coordination and communication skills across multiple business partners including Sales, Transformation, Supply chain, Marketing, Consumer insights and external partners
- Excellent team player, individual starter
- Demonstrated ability to be accountable for execution and results
- Strong verbal and written communicator to wide breadth of audiences including senior management
- Skillful usage of Microsoft Office in business document development and presentation, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint


Education: MBA Candidate, B school are preferred

Competencies:

Good interpersonal skills; Excellent Project Management; Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
2-5 years of experience in Sales / Trade Marketing / Asset Management roles
Strong execution rigor and problem-solving ability
Excellent stakeholder management & coordination skills
Comfort with data, dashboards, and digital tools
