Responsibilities and JD in brief along with additional criteria to be considered (if any):

· Expert-level knowledge of:

· • Microsoft Active Directory (AD) or Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

· Knowledge on

· • PowerShell scripting and automation

· • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts

· • Azure DevOps

· Hands-on experience with identity security posture assessment tools (Semperis, PingCastle,

BloodHound, Microsoft Secure Score).

· Proven experience managing identity platforms in large-scale, complex environments.

· Design, implement, and manage enterprise identity solutions using Microsoft Active Directory and

Microsoft Entra ID, including hybrid identity architectures.

· Develop and maintain automation using PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies. · Implement and support CI/CD pipelines for identity-related deployments using Azure DevOps. · Apply and enforce Microsoft identity security frameworks, including the MS Tiering Model and Enterprise Access Model. · Continuously assess and improve identity security posture using tools such as: · • Microsoft Security Assessments · • Microsoft Identity Secure Score · • Semperis · • PingCastle · • BloodHound · Lead and oversee identity solutions across at least two identity technologies, with mandatory expertise in Entra ID and hybrid Active Directory environments. · Certifications: Azure, TCO/TCA
