Technical/Functional Skills from the Role • Specialist or expert in ServiceNow development and customization • Experienced in GRC implementation and customization of GRC/ IRM solutions in ServiceNow • Strong Knowledge of ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI) • Expertise in building and consuming APIs using REST/SOAP, with knowledge of JSON and XML • Write Python scripts for automation, data transformation, and integration tasks • Utilize Python for Advanced data processing and creating utilities that complement ServiceNow functionalities. • Implementing and delivering GRC technology enablement services using ServiceNow GRC/IRM platform - User Management
Roles and Responsibilities The role of a ServiceNow GRC Developer includes collaborating with other members of the client team to coordinate, plan and deliver ServiceNow GRC projects. Technical Skills: • Proficient in Development in ServiceNow modules i.e., GRC (mandatory), ITSM, SECOPS and Custom application development Ø Strong Knowledge of ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI) • Expertise in building and consuming APIs using REST/SOAP, with knowledge of JSON and XML • Write Python scripts for automation, data transformation, and integration tasks • Utilize Python for Advanced data processing and creating utilities that complement ServiceNow functionalities. Roles: • Implementing and delivering GRC technology enablement services using ServiceNow GRC/IRM platform - User Management • Entity Scoping leveraging CMDB • Policy and Compliance Management • Risk Management (Classic), Migrate existing risks to risk management module • Audit Management • Customization and Development of GRC/ IRM solutions in ServiceNow Good to have Ability to Design and architect solutions to automated client processes into GRC solutions to meet their unique requirements • Consistently deliver quality client services and manage expectations of client service delivery. • Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget. • Provide training to client team on user and admin level.
