DevOps EngineerResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role Core Programming Skills: Experienced in N8N or any workflow orchestration tool is preferred Proficient in the Python programming language. Expertise in frameworks like Flask| Django| FastAPI for API development. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.API Development: End-to-end design and development of scalable and secure APIs. Hands-on experience with API authentication methods (OAuth| JWT| API Keys). Knowledge of API versioning| documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI)| and testing.Database Management: Strong understanding of databases| including relational (PostgreSQL| MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB| Redis). Ability to write efficient| optimised queries and manage database schemas.Cloud and Deployment: Experience in deploying APIs on cloud platforms (AWS| Azure| GCP). Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Familiar with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.Scalability and Performance: Proficient in optimising API performance and scalability. Experience with caching mechanisms (Redis| Memcached) and load balancing techniques.Testing and Debugging: Familiar with unit testing frameworks like Pytest or unittest. Experience with API testing tools like Postman or Insomnia. Ability to debug and troubleshoot server-side issues.Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (frontend developers| DevOps| product managers).
