Location : Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad & Mumbai
Shift hrs : 1:30pm to 10:30pm IST
Exp range : 3 - 6 yrs and having experience with good application packaging skill
Required Technical Skill Set:
Application Packaging: MSI, EXE, MSIX, App-V
Tools: InstallShield, AdminStudio, Ocra
Deployment: SCCM (MECM), Microsoft Intune, Chocolatey
Chocolatey Server / NuGet package management (.nupkg)
Scripting: PowerShell, basic VBScript
Windows 10/11 & Server environments
Active Directory & Group Policy
Strong troubleshooting & analytical skills
Desired Experience Range: 3–6 years

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have:
Hands-on experience in application packaging (MSI, MSIX, EXE repackaging)
Strong experience with SCCM/MECM for application deployment and troubleshooting
Experience with Microsoft Intune (Win32 apps, MSIX deployment, policies)
Hands-on experience in Chocolatey package creation (.nupkg) and deployment
Knowledge of Chocolatey Server / internal repository management
PowerShell scripting for packaging automation and deployment
Understanding of Windows Installer architecture & troubleshooting
Experience in application testing (UAT, QA, Production validation)
Knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, endpoint management
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience in handling Request (ADO Cards)
Ability to repackage vendor applications into silent installs
Experience in patching and upgrading applications
Documentation skills (Runbooks, SOPs, KB Articles)
Good communication and stakeholder coordination
Ability to follow enterprise packaging standards
Monitor issues from start to resolution
Escalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of support
Excellent written verbal and presentation skills
Good-to-Have:
Knowledge of Chocolatey Central Management (CCM)
Exposure to Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) / VDI
ITIL knowledge (Incident, Change, Problem Management) |
