i. Manage configuration of request intake forms under Employee Center Pro / CSM Portal.

ii. Oversee set up of agent workspace views, assignment rules for auto case assignment

iii. Manage team of technical experts who will configure: ServiceNow Workflows includes Planogram and Category Insights Services, notifications templates, SLA's and Surveys, Reports and Dashboards, approval scenarios, SLAs and notifications
