INFORMATION SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System.
- Take part in information security training and act while handling information.
- Report all suspected security and policy breach to InfoSec team or appropriate authority (CISO).
- Understand and adhere to the additional information security responsibilities as part of the assigned job role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with data engineering tools (Snowflake, dbt, SQL, Airflow, Python, GitHub, Sigma, Domo).
- 3+ years of leading delivery for operational analytics in Supply Chain, Finance, or Gtech.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and KPIs.
- Experience integrating data from ERP and supply chain systems.
- Proficiency in Data Modeling, Warehousing, and Pipeline building.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or leading planning platforms is preferred.
- Background in CPG or Supply Chain is an asset.
- Experience managing complex platform design and delivery is advantageous.
- Technical Leadership: Coordinate resources, oversee development, and perform code reviews, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
- Pipeline Delivery: Ensure data pipelines meet business needs and platform standards, collaborating with the Data Architect on architectural design.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, risks, and deliverables, leading multiple projects aligned with organizational goals.
- Supply Chain Focus: Own data delivery for demand & supply planning, inventory, procurement, manufacturing, transportation, and logistics.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining strong client relationships and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources, oversee consultants, and mediate challenges, ensuring efficient and effective project progress.
- Standards Enforcement: Ensure compliance with data engineering best practices and internal stack standards.
- Agile Methodology: Apply Agile concepts to deliver user-centric solutions, aligned with business objectives.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address potential issues, developing strategies to communicate with stakeholders.
