The organization works closely with government bodies, cultural institutions, and prestigious private clients to deliver events that drive economic and social impact.
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Communications professional to lead the organization's integrated marketing, communications, brand positioning, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
This role requires a rare combination of strategic thinking, storytelling capability, media understanding, digital marketing expertise, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
The successful candidate will work directly with senior leadership and will be responsible for shaping how E-Factor and its various business verticals are perceived across government, industry, investors, media, clients, partners, and consumers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute the organization's integrated marketing and communications strategy.
- Strengthen E-Factor's positioning as a leader in the experience economy.
- Build differentiated narratives for multiple business verticals including Government Projects, IPs, Tourism, Weddings, Exhibitions, and Experiential Infrastructure.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice across all channels and stakeholder groups.
2. Stakeholder Communications & Audience Management
Develop communication strategies tailored to distinct stakeholder ecosystems:
Government & Public Sector
- Bureaucracy, IAS officers, policymakers, ministries, state governments, tourism boards, and political leadership.
Intellectual Properties & Public Events
- Brands, CMOs, marketing leaders, sponsors, venues, media houses, influencers, partners, and public audiences.
Luxury Weddings & Celebrations
- High-net-worth families, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, NRI families, luxury planners, hospitality brands, designers, and destination wedding ecosystems.
Investor Relations & Financial Communications
- Shareholders, analysts, investors, financial media, business publications, and capital market stakeholders.
Industry & Thought Leadership
- Experience economy platforms, creative economy forums, event industry associations, conference organizers, and institutional partners.
Develop audience-specific messaging frameworks and communication plans for each segment.
3. Content, Storytelling & Leadership Visibility
- Drive creation of compelling project narratives, case studies, credentials, films, presentations, and thought-leadership content.
- Build visibility for the leadership team through articles, interviews, speaking opportunities, podcasts, conferences, and industry forums.
- Develop strategic content showcasing innovation, impact, tourism development, culture, and experience design.
4. Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing
- Own performance marketing strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
- Drive lead generation, audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Manage external agencies and monitor campaign effectiveness, ROI, and optimization.
- Build data-led marketing dashboards and reporting systems.
5. Media Relations & Public Relations
- Develop and maintain relationships with mainstream, business, industry, tourism, lifestyle, and financial media.
- Drive proactive media outreach, press releases, leadership interviews, and feature stories.
- Support reputation management and strategic communication initiatives.
6. Digital Presence & Platform Management
- Own website strategy, content architecture, and ongoing updates.
- Manage social media channels and content calendars.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality communication across all digital touchpoints.
7. Project Marketing & Launch Communications
- Lead marketing and communication support for major events, government projects, exhibitions, destination initiatives, and proprietary IPs.
- Coordinate launch campaigns, microsites, digital assets, media engagement, and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate with project teams to capture stories, content, impact metrics, and success narratives.
8. Agency & Vendor Management
- Manage PR, digital, content, SEO, design, and specialist agencies.
- Define KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure quality execution.
9. Reporting & Strategic Insights
- Monitor brand health, media coverage, campaign performance, audience engagement, and digital analytics.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Use data to drive marketing decisions and optimize communication outcomes.
Experience & Background
- 8–12 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, Public Relations, or Integrated Marketing.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholder groups and complex communication environments.
- Prior exposure to events, experiential marketing, hospitality, tourism, media, luxury brands, consulting, or communications agencies will be preferred.
- Experience working with leadership teams and managing external agencies.
