Modscale is a fast-growing interior design and execution company specializing in delivering high-quality residential and commercial interiors. We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to support project execution, site coordination, procurement tracking, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution and coordination of interior fit-out projects from start to completion.
\n
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, site supervisors, and clients to ensure smooth project progress.
\n
• Track project schedules, milestones, and daily site activities.
\n
• Follow up on material procurement, deliveries, and installation timelines.
\n
• Maintain project documentation including BOQs, work orders, and progress reports.
\n
• Conduct regular site visits and provide updates to project managers.
\n
• Support quality checks and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
\n
• Coordinate project meetings and maintain records of action items.
\n
• Identify and escalate project delays, risks, and site issues.
\n
• Assist in client communication and project status reporting.
\n

Requirements

\n
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
\n
• 1–2 years of experience in interior fit-out, construction, project coordination, or site execution.
\n
• Basic understanding of interior materials, execution processes, and project workflows.
\n
• Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and project schedules.
\n
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
\n
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project tracking tools.
\n
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Bengaluru as required.
\n

Preferred Skills

\n
• Experience in residential interior projects.
\n
• Knowledge of vendor and contractor coordination.
\n
• Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings and project documentation.
\n
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
\n

Salary

Project Coordinator (1–2 Years Experience): ₹2.4 – ₹3.6 LPA

Internship (Freshers): ₹10,000/month stipend with potential conversion to a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship.
