At Cavitak Marketing Pvt. Ltd. , we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team. If you have experience in collections, customer reconciliations, ageing reports, and cash flow management, we'd love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable ageing reports.
• Follow up with customers and internal stakeholders for timely collections.
• Reconcile customer payments and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Prepare MIS, ageing, collections, and credit risk reports.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to resolve pending orders due to payment issues.
• Support initiatives to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.

What We're Looking For

• MBA (Finance), M.Com, or BBA (Finance).
• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Collections.
• Strong knowledge of receivables management, reconciliations, and ageing analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
