The role involves planning and executing placement strategies, coordinating with academic departments, preparing students for recruitment, and ensuring high-quality engagement with recruiters. A strong background in maintaining good relations with Corporate clients is essential.\n\nJob Responsibilities :\n\nDevelop strategic relationships with corporates, startups, and organizations for internships and final placements.\nManage end-to-end campus placement activities including employer outreach, scheduling interviews, pre-placement talks, and offer follow-ups.\nCoordinate with academic departments to align placement activities with curriculum outcomes.\nGuide students on career planning, resume writing, interview skills, and professional etiquette.\nConduct and coordinate training workshops, mock interviews, and skill enhancement programs.\nMaintain and update placement records, recruiter databases, and student performance reports.\nOrganize campus recruitment drives, industry interaction sessions, job fairs, and alumni engagement events.\nEnsure regular communication with students and manage placement-related queries and grievances.\nWork closely with the Internship Manager and Placement Executives to execute plans effectively.\nPrepare placement reports, feedback analysis, and provide inputs for institutional improvement.\n\nSkills :\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nStrong industry network and corporate relationship-building capabilities\nAbility to multitask and manage events under tight deadlines\nProficiency in MS Office and placement software platforms\nAnalytical mindset with attention to data and reporting\nStudent mentoring and counselling capability\n\nEducation :\nAny Graduates, Any Post Graduates.\n\nExperiences :\n5-7 years in similar industry.
