Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Location: Hyderabad Experience: 10+ Years Key Responsibilities: Lead Quality Assurance and Operational Excellence initiatives across business operations. Drive Continuous Improvement using Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, Kaizen, CAPA, and Value Stream Analysis (VSA). Implement and govern Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO 9001, COPC, and CMMI. Manage and mentor Quality Leads, Analysts, and Process Excellence teams. Build quality dashboards and insights using Power BI/Tableau, Minitab, and Advanced Excel. Conduct governance reviews (WBR/MBR/QBR) with leadership and clients. Partner with Operations, HR, Training, Product, and Technology teams to improve business performance. Identify automation opportunities and lead process transformation initiatives. Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Quality Management/Operational Excellence. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Mandatory); Black Belt preferred. Strong expertise in Process Excellence, BPMN, FMEA, and Quality Frameworks. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Experience in the BPO/Shared Services industry is preferred.
