Admin & Facility Management Specialist

About the Role

Facility Specialist should serve in a high-level leadership role overseeing the comprehensive

operations of an organization or business location.

Requirements:

%CF; II PUC or Bachelor’s Degree

%CF; Supervisory experience in Facility departments

%CF; Organized at work

%CF; Personally strong enough to manage multiple complex situations simultaneously.

%CF; Good communication and multiple languages are an add-on. (Hindi & Kannada)

Role & Responsibilities:

%CF; Ensure Employee Safety compliance requirements are met.

%CF; Ensure work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures.

%CF; Maintain and perform minor repairs on field equipment.

%CF; Lead the planning and administration of supply chain capital budgets.

%CF; Asset/critical asset preventive maintenance

%CF; Supervise all facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and

external contractors

%CF; Allocate office space according to needs

%CF; Handle insurance plans and service contracts

%CF; Keep financial and non-financial records and do the on time bill submission

%CF; Coordinate with production, operations, customer service and other functions to

implement programs.

%CF; Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs

%CF; Travel arrangements - ticket & stay

%CF; Event coordinator

%CF; Very little field work is required, and one should know the local market.

activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of the infrastructure

and ensuring that facilities are safe and well-functioning.

equipment while reducing operating costs, with Leadership abilities and good work

efficiency.
