Location: Hyderabad\nCompany: EssEnn Architects\nExperience: 6–10 Years\nEmployment Type: Full-Time (No Remote)\n\nAbout the Role\nEssEnn Architects is looking for a technically strong Senior Architect with proven expertise in preparing construction-ready architectural documentation with 6+ years of experience.\nThis is NOT a concept design or visualization role.\nThe ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in preparing complete Working Drawings, GFC Drawings, construction details, consultant coordination, and providing execution support for residential and commercial projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare complete Working Drawings and GFC Drawing packages.\nDevelop architectural details for construction.\nCoordinate with Structural, MEP, HVAC, Fire, Landscape, and other consultants.\nReview and resolve drawing clashes before construction.\nSupport site teams by resolving technical queries.\nReview drawings prepared by junior architects.\nEnsure compliance with applicable building regulations and company standards.\nMaintain drawing quality, revisions, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nMandatory Skills\nExpert in AutoCAD\nStrong experience in Working Drawings\nStrong experience in GFC Documentation\nArchitectural Construction Detailing\nConsultant Coordination\nSite Execution Support\nResidential and Commercial Project Experience\nExcellent understanding of construction methodology\n\nPreferred Skills\nRevit\nSketchUp\nMicrosoft Office\nAdobe Acrobat
