\nRole Summary
\nThe Project Coordinator will support the Operations PMO by capturing, updating, and maintaining real-time project data in Smartsheet , enabling accurate tracking of milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. This role plays a key part in ensuring project visibility, data accuracy, and timely reporting across supply chain initiatives.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nProject Coordination & Tracking
\n- \n
- Capture real-time project updates from project managers, operations teams, and stakeholders. \n
- Maintain and update project plans, trackers, timelines, and dashboards in Smartsheet . \n
- Track milestones, dependencies, action items, risks, and issues across multiple projects. \n
PMO Support
\n- \n
- Support PMOs with accurate and up-to-date project data to enable effective governance and decision-making. \n
- Assist in preparing weekly/monthly project status reports, dashboards, and management presentations. \n
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, templates, and reporting cadence. \n
Operational Alignment
\n- \n
- Coordinate with operations teams (warehousing, transportation, technology, analytics, etc.) to gather progress updates. \n
- Follow up on pending actions and highlight delays, risks, or deviations from plan. \n
- Support change tracking and documentation of scope, timelines, and deliverables. \n
Data Accuracy & Governance
\n- \n
- Ensure data integrity, version control, and consistency across Smartsheet trackers. \n
- Maintain documentation repositories and audit trails for project updates. \n
- Support internal audits and reviews related to project reporting. \n
Continuous Improvement
\n- \n
- Identify gaps in project tracking and suggest improvements to PMO reporting processes. \n
- Support automation and optimization of Smartsheet workflows and alerts. \n
Required Qualifications & Skills
\nEducation
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related field. \n
Experience
\n- \n
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or operations tracking . \n
- Prior experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, or GCC environments preferred. \n
Technical Skills
\n- \n
- Hands-on experience with Smartsheet (mandatory). \n
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint , and project tracking tools. \n
- Exposure to project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar) is a plus. \n
Soft Skills
\n- \n
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. \n
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills. \n
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously. \n
- Clear written and verbal communication skills. \n
