About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join a fast-growing Health Insurance & Employee Benefits platform. This is a voice-first customer support role where you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by resolving queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Resolve customer queries with empathy, ownership, and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Manage high call volumes while maintaining service quality.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on open cases.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Customer Service Operations.
  • Voice support experience is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer handling abilities.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
  • Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office (5 days a week).
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
  • Experience in Health Insurance or InsurTech is an added advantage but not mandatory.
