We help homebuyers and investors make informed real estate decisions across Bengaluru's premium residential market. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound sales leads. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties. Conduct customer consultations and follow-ups. Schedule and accompany clients for project site visits. Present project features, pricing, and investment opportunities. Maintain customer records and updates in CRM. Build strong relationships with customers and developer sales teams. Assist clients throughout the booking process. Achieve monthly sales and site visit targets. Must-Have Qualifications 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Automobile, Hospitality, or Customer-Facing Roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset. Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM systems. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Real Estate Sales. Knowledge of Bengaluru real estate market. Fluency in English and Hindi.
