Job Summar

yWe are looking for a vigilant, proactive, and qualified Safety Enginee r to oversee Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management across our ongoing construction projects in Jaipur. In this role, you will be embedded in the Project Management team, ensuring that all site execution activities strictly adhere to statutory safety laws, organizational safety cultures, and international standards. Your core objective will be to eliminate workplace hazards, enforce the proper use of PPE, and cultivate a zero-accident mindset among contractors, engineers, and site laborers

Key Responsibiliti

  • esSafety Enforcement & Audit s: Conduct daily site inspections and regular safety audits across various project zones to ensure compliance with approved safety layouts, electrical safeguards, and height protocol
  • s.Risk Mitigatio n: Perform Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and risk assessments before the commencement of critical construction activities (e.g., excavation, scaffolding, structural erection, concrete pouring
  • ).Statutory Complianc e: Ensure strict adherence to Indian statutory regulations including th e BOCW (Building and Other Construction Workers) A ct, National Building Code (NBC), loca l RERA guidelin es, and Pollution Control Board norm
  • s.Incident Investigatio n: Lead investigations into any near-misses, accidents, or hazardous site occurrences. Prepare detailed root-cause analysis (RCA) reports and immediately enforce corrective action
  • s.Training & Tool Box Talk s: Design and deliver mandatory site induction training for new personnel. Conduct dail y Toolbox Talks (TB T) with laborers, sub-contractors, and supervisors covering specific hazards of the day's task
  • s.Vendor & Labor Managemen t: Closely monitor sub-contractor activities, ensuring their machinery, tools, and labor force comply with the project’s EHS manua
  • l.Emergency Preparednes s: Formulate and update site-specific emergency response plans, oversee fire-fighting equipment placement, and organize regular mock drill

  • llsEducati on: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from a recognized universi
  • ty.Specialized Certificati on: Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) or equivalent certification recognized by State Technical Board s, OR international safety certifications such as NEBOSH IGC / I O
