Job Description: -

  • In-depth Study of competition projects through Primary & Secondary Research. Comparative Analysis of Design features, Project amenities, Floor Plans & Layouts.
  • Timely Updation of New Tower Inventory, Payment Plan & Pricing in SFDC.
  • Preparation and Updating of Cost Sheets as per Business Requirements
  • Periodic Walk-in Analysis/ Inventory Analysis- to generate business insights and leverage it to develop sales & marketing strategies.
  • To prepare presentations for Monthly & Quarterly Sales & Collections Reviews.
  • Timely finalization of Annual Business Plan along with Sales Revenue, Price increment strategy and Collections forecasting.
  • To create a differential pricing strategy as and when required based on the Insights from Inventory Analysis. Closely monitored the Average Pricing to be achieved and escalations to be incorporated as per Annual Business Plan.
  • To Give Design brief to the Architecture team for new projects post evaluation of competition and velocity required.


Skills Required

  • MBA with minimum 3 to 4 years of work experience in a similar role with a real estate organization.
  • Graduation – Any
  • The ability to understand and analyze numbers
  • Proficient in Advanced Excel
  • Understanding of Real Estate Sales applications like Sales Force.
