Drive client success by combining engineering insight, analytics, and strong relationship management. Act as a strategic partner to identify and address client needs while contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own revenue and profit targets for assigned accounts.
  • \n
  • Build relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • \n
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle (qualification to deal closure).
  • \n
  • Support large deal campaigns and account strategy planning.
  • \n
  • Represent Quest Global at industry events and networking forums.
  • \n

What We’re Looking For

\n
    \n
  • Engineering degree + MBA (Sales/Marketing preferred).
  • \n
  • 1–5 years of experience.
  • \n
  • Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
  • \n
  • Experience in proposals and account management.
  • \n
  • Strategic, result-driven, and adaptable mindset.
  • \n
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • \n
  • Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N4 Level and ablove language proficiency is mandatory
