\n\nDrive client success by combining engineering insight, analytics, and strong relationship management. Act as a strategic partner to identify and address client needs while contributing to business growth.
\n\nKey Responsibilities

- Own revenue and profit targets for assigned accounts. \n
- Build relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers. \n
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle (qualification to deal closure). \n
- Support large deal campaigns and account strategy planning. \n
- Represent Quest Global at industry events and networking forums. \n
What We’re Looking For

- Engineering degree + MBA (Sales/Marketing preferred). \n
- 1–5 years of experience. \n
- Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills. \n
- Experience in proposals and account management. \n
- Strategic, result-driven, and adaptable mindset. \n
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. \n
- Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N4 Level and ablove language proficiency is mandatory \n
