Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Chef (PAN ASIAN ) position located in Raipur. The Executive Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and ensuring food quality standards. Responsibilities will include training and supervising kitchen staff, maintaining kitchen equipment, managing food costs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Executive Chef will also play a critical role in creating innovative menus and ensuring exceptional culinary experiences for guests. Qualifications A Person who is ready to face day to day challenges of running a restaurant. Proven expertise in menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation techniques Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills Ability to manage food costs, control inventory, and ensure budget adherence Knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and kitchen equipment Creativity and innovation in culinary arts with a focus on superior guest experiences Excellent communication and soft skills for effective team coordination Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role in a luxury hotel or resort A culinary degree or equivalent professional training is preferred
