Finance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:\n\nStrong experience in end to end HR operations and Finance.\n\nPrepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) on time\nReconcile sales, purchases and input tax credits accurately\nEnd to End operations [HR and Admin]\nEnsure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements\nProcess monthly payroll for all employees\nManage statutory deductions including ESI, PF and other compliances\nMaintain accurate employee records in line with labor laws\nPrepare weekly and monthly MIS reports\nTrack key financial metrics such as revenue, expenses, margins and profitability\nProvide actionable insights to improve financial performance\nManage vendor invoices and payment schedules\nEnsure timely payments while maintaining cash flow discipline\nReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies\nMaintain financial records and documentation\nCoordinate daily cash and billing reconciliation with operations teams\nAssist in audits and ensure strong internal controls\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Management, Commerce, Accounting or Finance\n1–2 years of relevant experience\nStrong knowledge of GST, ESI, PF, and payroll processes\nExperience in MIS reporting and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets\nGood communication and coordination skills\nHigh attention to detail and accountability
