We are expanding our team at our Bhosari, PCMC & Chakan (Pune ) office and looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth.

Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bhosari, PCMC & Chakan (Pune ) . The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate and SME clients for international courier, air cargo, and logistics services.


Salary & Compensation:

₹18,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Final offer depends on performance in the interview) + Attractive Sales Incentives


Responsibilities includes:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Generate leads and drive sales growth
  • Meet prospective and existing customers through digital platforms and in-person sales visits
  • Develop and execute effective business strategies to achieve area sales growth
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within set timelines
  • Maintain a proactive, results-driven approach to sales activities


Candidate Requirements:

  • Self-motivated go-getter with a positive attitude
  • Presentable with strong interpersonal skills


Qualifications

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in any discipline.
  • Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in explaining service offerings and value propositions clearly.
