Qualification : BE Civil.
Experience : 10 to 15 Years.

Job Description :
- Assist in the creation and preparation of construction drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules) for various project types using revit architecture
- Collaborate with team member Structure/ architects to produce drawing sets for tender and construction phases.
- Ensure that construction drawings are in compliance with building codes, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Assist in preparing material takeoffs and drawing annotations for construction documentation.
- Prepare 3D models and renderings to support design discussions and presentations in Revit
- Work with project teams to integrate structural, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) , and other technical systems into the construction drawings.
- Ensure coordination of drawings across different disciplines (architecture, structural, MEP) to prevent errors and conflicts.
- Manage and maintain organized digital files for project drawings and documentation.
- Stay updated on building codes, construction standards, and best practices in the architecture industry.
- conduct meetings and contribute to the development and refinement of design concepts.
