Client Engagement Manager(BD)
Job Description
A strategic client engagement and business development role focused on accelerating pipeline growth through targeted account engagement, demand generation, and stakeholder relationship management. Partnering closely with Marketing, Lead Management, and Business Development teams, the role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing opportunities across Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts while driving meaningful executive-level conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead inbound inquiry qualification and optimize lead conversion through effective stakeholder alignment.
- Execute multi-channel outbound engagement strategies across priority accounts to generate qualified opportunities.
- Develop deep account intelligence, map key decision-makers, and uncover business challenges and workforce priorities.
- Build and nurture relationships with HR, Procurement, and executive stakeholders to accelerate sales cycles.
- Support marketing initiatives through coordinated outreach, campaign activation, and content-driven engagement.
- Maintain CRM excellence, pipeline visibility, and actionable market intelligence to drive informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with Business Development teams to ensure seamless opportunity handoff and exceptional prospect experience.
Preferred Profile
- 6–10 years of experience in client engagement, presales, business development, or workforce management solutions.
- Proven success engaging HR and Procurement leaders within enterprise environments.
- Strong consultative selling, stakeholder management, and executive communication capabilities.
- Experience leveraging CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, influence senior decision-makers, and deliver measurable pipeline outcomes.
