Job Responsibilitie

Deliver high-impact lectures in core and elective Finance subjects at the PGDM level. (Proficiency in teaching subjects such as Investments, Accounting, Financial Technology [Fintec - h]).Design, update, and continuously enhance curriculum content aligned with emerging industry trends and AICTE guideli
- nes.Undertake meaningful research that contributes to knowledge advancement and supports genuine publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals (SSCI, Scopus, ABDC, and other national and international journa
- ls).Adopt innovative and student-centric pedagogical approaches integrating real-world industry applications to ensure graduates are industry-re
- ady.Supervise student projects, dissertations, and research work with a focus on practical learning and analytical ri
- gor.Mentor students to support their academic excellence, professional development, and holistic gro

Education Qualifications Req

valent.

Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry, with at least 2 years’ post-Ph.D. ex - perience.A balanced mix of academic and industry exposure is
