Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer (Social & Motion) to join our social team.
\nThis role is responsible for elevating the visual quality of our content across platforms. Beyond creating attractive designs, the ideal candidate should understand how visuals influence attention, comprehension, recall, and engagement.
\n\n
\n You will work closely with writers, editors, and channel managers to transform ideas into compelling visual experiences. Whether it is a thumbnail, carousel, infographic, reel graphic, explainer visual, or motion asset, your goal is to ensure every piece of content is visually distinctive, easy to understand, and immediately recognisable
.You will also help establish and evolve visual systems that improve consistency and quality across the entire content ecosystem

es- Design visual assets across YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, WhatsApp, and other digital platform
\ns.- Create thumbnails, carousels, infographics, presentation visuals, social creatives, and motion asset
\ns.- Develop visual approaches that improve attention, comprehension, retention, and engagemen
\nt.- Collaborate closely with writers and editors during the content development proces
\ns.- Translate scripts, ideas, and concepts into clear visual narrative
\ns.- Create motion graphics and animated elements to support social and video conten
\nt.- Build and maintain visual systems, templates, design libraries, and brand asset
\ns.- Ensure visual consistency across channels while continuously improving creative qualit
\ny.- Explore and implement AI-assisted design workflows where appropriat
\ne.- Stay updated on design trends, platform behaviours, and evolving content format

ions:- 5–7 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, visual communication, or related fi
\nelds.- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (or similar to
\nols).- Strong portfolio demonstrating social media, motion graphics, and visual storytelling
\nwork.- Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, creator-led brands, media companies, or digital-first busine
\nsses.- Experience working in fast-paced content environ
