We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. You will lead design projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior designers to produce high-quality, visually engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative design solutions for print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
\n
• Develop and maintain brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
\n
• Oversee design projects from concept to completion, managing timelines and deliverables.
\n
• Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers and other team members.
\n
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and integrate new techniques and ideas into design projects.
\n
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and projects.
\n
• Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
\n
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.
\n
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, helping them develop their skills and grow within the team.

Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
\n

Experience:

\n
• 2–4 years of professional design experience (agency experience preferred)
\n
• A strong portfolio showcasing design versatility and creative thinking
\n
• Attention to detail with excellent communication and time management skills
\n
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Skills:

\n
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma.
\n
• Familiarity with AI-based creative tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) is a plus
\n
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
\n
• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail.
\n
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
\n
• Ability to communicate creative ideas clearly and effectively.
