Role Description: Head of Real Estate – Off-Plan Sales


Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Head of Real Estate – Off-Plan Sales to lead our UAE property sales operations from Noida. The role will focus on selling premium off-plan projects in the UAE, mainly Dubai and Abu Dhabi, while building a strong Channel Partner network across India.

The ideal candidate should have strong real estate sales experience, excellent knowledge of off-plan property sales, and the ability to manage brokers, agents, investors, and HNI clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the off-plan real estate sales business for UAE projects from the Noida office.
  • Promote and sell UAE developer projects to Indian investors, HNI clients, corporate clients, and end-users.
  • Build, manage, and expand a strong Channel Partner / Broker Network across Noida, Delhi NCR, and other key Indian markets.
  • Develop relationships with real estate brokers, wealth managers, financial advisors, tax consultants, CAs, and investor networks.
  • Work closely with UAE developers and internal teams to understand project details, pricing, offers, payment plans, inventory, and sales process.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct presentations, webinars, investor meetings, roadshows, and CP events for UAE real estate opportunities.
  • Train and support Channel Partners with project knowledge, sales pitch, marketing material, and closing support.
  • Handle client enquiries, explain investment benefits, ROI, rental yield, Golden Visa eligibility, payment plans, and UAE property buying process.
  • Ensure proper lead management, follow-ups, documentation, booking process, and client coordination until closure.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and developer offers in the UAE real estate market.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, CP performance reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts for management.


Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 7–10 years of real estate sales experience , preferably in off-plan, international property, luxury real estate, or investment sales.
  • Strong experience in building and managing Channel Partner networks .
  • Good understanding of India / UAE real estate market will be an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and lead a sales team or broker network.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to deal with HNI clients, investors, brokers, and developers professionally.
  • Experience in conducting roadshows, CP meets, investor events, and sales campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM, lead tracking, and sales reporting.


Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Candidate should be based in or willing to work from Noida / Delhi NCR .
  • Existing broker and investor network in Delhi NCR will be preferred.
  • Experience in selling Dubai, UAE, international, or luxury projects will be highly preferred.
  • Must be confident, target-oriented, disciplined, and capable of building the business from the ground level.
