Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and industry research across residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate.
- Develop reports, case studies, and knowledge resources on emerging real estate trends.
- Collaborate with industry leaders, developers, and institutional partners on research and consulting projects.
- Support executive education, conferences, and industry engagement initiatives.
- Provide insights on market dynamics, regulations, investments, and urban development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in real estate consulting, advisory, development, investment, or research.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of the Indian real estate ecosystem and regulatory framework.
