Job Description

Create

  • Build campaign identities, key visuals, logos, invitations, presentations, stage graphics, and brand collaterals.
  • Conceptualise breakthrough ideas and visual directions for brands and experiences.
  • Translate concepts into compelling designs across print, digital, and spatial environments.
  • Develop immersive visual narratives for events, launches, conferences, exhibitions, and experiences.


Design

  • Take projects from concept to production-ready artwork.
  • Ensure design consistency and a strong visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with strategy, client servicing, production, and experience teams.


Lead

  • Present ideas confidently to internal teams and clients.
  • Drive creative excellence under tight timelines.


What We're Looking For

  • 8–15 years of experience in an advertising agency, experiential agency, or related creative environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign design, and experiential work.
  • Exceptional visual storytelling and art direction skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, InDesign


Bonus Points For

  • AI-assisted design workflows and creative tools
  • Experience with 3D software (3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.)
  • Motion graphics and animation skills
  • Experience designing for large-scale events and immersive experiences


Qualifications

  • BFA / Visual Communication / Design or equivalent qualification from a reputed institute preferred.
