About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Account Executive (AE) with a strong “getting things done” attitude to join our enterprise sales team. You will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle, driving new business, and building long-term relationships with enterprise customers. This role is for thinkers and with a strong problem-solving approach. This is a individual contributor role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiation, and closure. Identify and develop new enterprise business opportunities.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and position our solutions.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demos.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting in CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong hunter mindset with the ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers.
- Ability to handle complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and execution focused.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
