Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator Intern role based in HSR, Bengaluru. The intern will support daily content production by filming video content of classes, events, and artwork, as well as capturing behind-the-scenes material that highlights the academy’s environment and community. Responsibilities include editing existing video footage, creating on-camera short-form content for social media, and designing basic graphics or layouts to promote programs, workshops, and exhibitions. The role involves collaborating with instructors and staff to plan content themes, organising digital assets, and ensuring brand consistency across visual materials. The intern will also assist in publishing content on social platforms and collecting performance insights to help refine future creative projects.

Qualifications

  • Videography and video production skills, including basic camera operation, framing, and lighting for indoor and studio environments.
  • Video editing skills using common editing tools (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software) for short-form and long-form content.
  • Graphic design skills with familiarity in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent design applications.
  • Basic understanding of social media content formats and best practices for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Strong visual storytelling ability, creativity, and interest in fine art, art education, or gallery environments.
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple content tasks within deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, and other interns.
  • Coursework or prior projects in media, visual communication, design, film, or related fields are preferred; a portfolio showcasing videography, editing, or design work is highly beneficial.
