We work with advertisers across Fintech, Gaming, E-commerce, Entertainment, Utility Apps, and other high-growth verticals.\nRole Overview We are looking for a Campaign Manager to plan, execute, optimize, and report on digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing performance campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and partners, and driving campaign KPIs.\nKey Responsibilities Launch, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Programmatic, Mobile, Display, Video, Native, and Affiliate channels.\nManage campaign setup, targeting, creatives, tracking links, and reporting.\nMonitor campaign performance and ensure delivery against client KPIs.\nAnalyze campaign data and recommend optimization strategies to improve results.\nCoordinate with account managers, media buyers, publishers, and clients for smooth execution.\nTroubleshoot tracking, attribution, and delivery-related issues.\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.\nEnsure campaigns are delivered within budget and timelines.\nMaintain campaign documentation and operational processes.\nStay updated with industry trends, platforms, and advertising technologies.\nRequired Qualifications 1-4 years of experience in Campaign Management, Performance Marketing, Ad Operations, or Programmatic Advertising.\nUnderstanding of CPM, CPC, CPI, CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and attribution metrics.\nExperience with DSPs, Ad Networks, Affiliate Platforms, or Mobile Advertising platforms.\nStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.\nAbility to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.\nPreferred Qualifications Experience with platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, InMobi, Affise, Everflow, Impact, CAKE, Tune/HasOffers, or similar platforms.\nUnderstanding of MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or Singular.\nExperience in Mobile App User Acquisition campaigns.\nKnowledge of tracking, pixels, postbacks, and attribution.\nWhat We Offer Competitive salary package\nFast-growing performance marketing environment\nOpportunity to work with global brands and partners\nLearning and growth opportunities in Programmatic and Performance Marketing\nCollaborative and entrepreneurial work culture
