About the Role

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic freshers with excellent English communication skills to join our Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students, making cold calls, explaining courses, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective students.

• Counsel students regarding courses and career opportunities.

• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.

• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrollments.

• Handle objections professionally and achieve sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions in the CRM.

• Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth onboarding.

Requirements

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in sales or telecalling.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.

• Comfortable with target-based sales.
