Tech Lead (Full Stack)

Role: Tech Lead – Full Stack + Technical Coordinator

Overview:
\n We are hiring a Tech Lead who can not only contribute technically as a full stack developer but also act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the tech team. You will lead architecture design, project planning, coordination, and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
\n •⁠ ⁠• Lead the development of the web platform and admin dashboard.
\n •⁠ ⁠• Architect and maintain a robust tech stack: React (frontend), Node.js/Express (backend), PostgreSQL (DB).
\n •⁠ ⁠• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specs.
\n •⁠ ⁠• Guide and review the codebase of frontend and backend developers.
\n •⁠ ⁠• Setup development workflows, environments, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
\n •⁠ ⁠• Plan sprint deliverables, assign tasks, and manage timelines.
\n •⁠ ⁠• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of the platform.

Required Skills:
\n •⁠ ⁠• Strong full stack experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL.
\n •⁠ ⁠• Solid understanding of API architecture, DB schemas, and system design.
\n •⁠ ⁠• Experience in leading teams and reviewing code with best practices.
\n •⁠ ⁠• Good communication skills to coordinate with designers, developers, and business leads.
\n •⁠ ⁠Hands-on with Git, Postman, Swagger, and cloud hosting (AWS/GCP optional).
\n •⁠ ⁠Experience integrating with 3rd party tools, and optionally AI modules
