Functional Consultant (ERPNext)

Role Overview:
\n We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional ERPNextConsultant to lead end-to-end ERPNext
\n implementations. The role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to analyze business
\n requirements, design ERPNext-based solutions, configure modules, and ensure successful project delivery. You
\n will be instrumental in optimizing clients’ business processes and ensuring seamless adoption of ERPNext
\n solutions.
\n Responsibilities
\n %CF; Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate
\n them into detailed functional specifications.
\n %CF; Design, configure, and customize ERPNext modules to align with business processes and objectives.
\n %CF; Conduct gap analysis and recommend effective solutions to bridge functional gaps within the ERPNext
\n system.
\n %CF; Perform system testing, create and execute test scripts, and ensure delivery quality and accuracy.
\n %CF; Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth
\n system adoption.
\n %CF; Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in coordination with technical and development teams.
\n %CF; Stay up-to-date with the latest ERPNext versions, features, and community updates, providing
\n recommendations for system enhancements.
\n %CF; Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery within defined
\n scope and budget.
\n %CF; Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, workflows, and
\n customizations.
\n Must-Have
\n %CF; Strong hands-on experience in ERPNext implementation and configuration across modules.
\n %CF; Proven ability in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
\n %CF; Experience with functional testing, validation, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
\n %CF; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n %CF; Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
\n %CF; Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with
\n cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
\n %CF; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
\n %CF; Strong business acumen in project planning, management, and stakeholder engagement.
\n %CF; Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
