\n Kalrashukla Classes, a leading coaching institute specialized in preparation for engineering and medical entrance exam for JEE, NEET and MHT CET. We are hiring for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive Role to join our dynamic team. This is a frontline sales role that involves a mix of tele calling and field visits to connect with prospective students and their parents, drive admissions, and represent the Kalrashukla brand.

What You’ll Be Doing:
\n • Sales Cycle: Managing end to end sales cycle for admissions and counselling.
\n • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify, qualify, and convert leads into admissions
\n • Follow ups: Daily follow ups and reporting of leads to ensure no lead goes wasted.
\n • Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets through innovative sales approaches.
\n • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Conduct sales meetings and generate walk ins, regular pitch modifications to ensure high productivity.
\n • Sales Strategy Development: Plan, create and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
\n • Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
\n • Collaboration: Work closely with the cross functional team (Marketing, Administration, Operations and so on).
\n • Reporting & Analytics: Regular reporting to the respective Heads as designated over sales metrics, performance, walk in, follow ups and admission updates.
\n • Conduct on-ground distribution of educational kits to students outside schools and colleges
\n • Identify and approach potential students in assigned field areas
\n • Explain Kalrashukla courses, benefits, and kit details to students and parents
\n • Maintain daily distribution and sales activity records
\n • Collect student details and feedback for follow-ups
\n • Coordinate with team leaders for area planning and reporting.
\n • Ensure professional and ethical interaction with students and guardians
\n What We’re Looking For:
\n • A candidate with good communication skills, enthusiastic and with a growth mindset, willing to contribute in achieving the vision of the organisation. bachelor’s degree in science or business administration or a related field.
\n • Minimum of 6 months to 4 years of experience in sales, marketing and customer support. (Experience in education domain will be a plus). Freshers are also welcome.
\n • Strong leadership skills, effective problem-solving, go getter attitude.
\n • Fluent in English in both reading and writing, Hindi verbal (Marathi can add value)

Job Location: Dadar, Vile Parle, Ghatkopar, Borivali.
