RMM Engineer

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scripts in PowerShell and Batch for automation and system tasks.
\n
• Configure, manage, and optimize ConnectWise Automate, ConnectWise RMM, Screen Connect, and Ninja RMM tools.
\n
• Create and deploy automations, monitors, and alerts within ConnectWise Automate and CW RMM.
\n
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plugin failures, script errors, and monitor breakdowns.
\n
• Provide after-hours and rotational shift support in a 24x7x365 operational setup.
\n
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services.
\n

Required Skill Set

Technical Skills:

\n
• 1–4 years of experience in RMM administration and system admin.
\n
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Batch scripting.
\n
• Hands-on experience with ConnectWise Automate, CW RMM, Screen Connect, and Ninja RMM.
\n
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving automation and monitoring issues.
\n
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
\n
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide after-hours support as required.
