Our Bridge Design practice covers the full project lifecycle—planning, analysis, design, supervision, rehabilitation, and retrofitting—delivering safe, cost-effective, and code-compliant bridge solutions across highway, railway, pedestrian, and elevated structures.

We are seeking technically strong and motivated professionals with a passion for nation-building through infrastructure. The role involves bridge planning and design, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality outcomes within defined timelines.

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
\n
• M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering (Mandatory)
\n
• 5+ years of relevant experience in bridge planning, design, and consulting (post-graduation)
\n

• Bridge & highway design, geometry, drainage, and specifications
\n
• Knowledge of IRC, MoRTH, AASHTO, ASTM codes
\n
• Understanding of EPC, PPP (HAM/BOT/TOT), and item-rate contracts
\n
• Quantity estimation, cost assessment, and design optimization
\n
• Coordination across design, traffic, safety, and costing teams
\n

• STAAD – Expert (Mandatory)
\n
• MIDAS, AutoTURN/Vehicle Tracking, InfraWorks (Preferred)
\n
• MS Excel & PowerPoint
\n
• GIS tools, Google Earth Pro, ERP/DMS (Added advantage)
