Company Description\nCafe Dali is a fine dinning restaurant in New Delhi, proud to be serving authentic Italian cuisine.\n\nRole Description\nThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at Cafe Dali in Delhi, India. The Sous Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff and assisting in the preparation and cooking of various dishes. The Sous Chef will also ensure that the kitchen is kept clean and organized, oversee inventory and food ordering, and ensure that food quality and safety standards are met.\n\nQualifications\n5+ years of experience in a professional kitchen environment with 2 years in a senior role.\nDemonstrated expertise in European cuisine, as well as familiarity with local ingredients and cooking techniques\nStrong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage kitchen staff\nExcellent time management and organizational skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards\nCulinary degree or equivalent experience is a plus\nAdditional certifications in food safety and sanitation are a plus
