About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven designer who can create compelling ad creatives that drive measurable business results. The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills, a solid understanding of performance marketing, and hands-on exposure to digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Candidates with prior experience in a marketing or advertising agency are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-converting static creatives, banners, social media ads, landing page assets, and campaign creatives.
- Create performance-focused visual content for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Display, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams to develop creatives aligned with campaign objectives and KPIs.
- Continuously test and iterate creative concepts based on campaign performance data.
- Understand audience behavior and translate marketing insights into effective visual communication.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Stay updated on digital advertising trends, creative best practices, and platform-specific requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Premiere Pro (Must preferred)
Adobe After Effects (good to have)
Motion Graphics (Must preferred)
Visual Storytelling
Video Editing
2D Animation
• Strong understanding of creative design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Basic hands-on knowledge of:
Platform - Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Good understanding of Performance Marketing concepts, including:
CTR optimization
Conversion-focused creative design
A/B testing
Funnel-based creative strategy
Customer acquisition campaigns
• Ability to interpret campaign data and optimize creatives based on performance insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Mandatory Requirements
- Performance Marketing Agency experience is mandatory.
- 2–3 years of experience across either of graphic design / Motion Graphic experience.
- Strong expertise in Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite and Motion graphics
- Basic knowledge of running and managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused creative development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating creatives for D2C, e-commerce, or lead-generation campaigns.
- Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics.
- Portfolio showcasing performance marketing creatives with measurable results.
