Deputy Project Director\nLocation\nProject Site – Near Ajmer, Rajasthan\nQualification\nB.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering\nAdditional project management certifications preferred\nExperience\nMinimum 25 years of experience in execution of large-value heavy civil infrastructure projects\nMust have independently handled at least one Rock Fill Dam Irrigation Project as Project Manager or equivalent\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist the Project Director in overall project execution and delivery\nLead construction activities across dam, canal, pumping stations, head regulators, and rising main works\nEnsure adherence to project schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements\nCoordinate with client representatives, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams\nMonitor resource deployment and productivity across multiple work fronts\nDrive risk management, progress reviews, and corrective actions\nEnsure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements\nDesired Skills\nStrong leadership and stakeholder management\nExpertise in irrigation and water infrastructure projects\nExcellent planning, execution, and decision-making capabilities
