This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Executive (Calling & Coordination) located in Vasant Vihar. The responsibilities include managing front desk operations, handling incoming and outgoing calls, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining records, coordinating appointments, and providing general administrative support. The role also involves ensuring excellent customer service and serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adeptness in building positive relationships
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and efficient call management
- Experience in receptionist duties and handling front desk operations
- Customer service expertise, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
