Fashion Designer Manager

We are seeking an experienced Fashion Designer Manager to lead the design and development of Western and Indo-Western collections. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, commercial understanding of the fashion market, and proven experience in managing end-to-end collection development while leading a creative team.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the design and development of seasonal Western and Indo-Western collections.

· Research fashion trends, market insights, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.

· Develop concepts, mood boards, color palettes, silhouettes, prints, and embellishment stories.

· Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams to ensure timely product development.

· Oversee fabric, trim, and sample development while maintaining quality and fit standards.

· Manage and mentor the design team, ensuring creativity, productivity, and adherence to timelines.

· Drive innovation while balancing design aesthetics with commercial viability.

· Ensure collections are aligned with brand vision, target customer, and business objectives.

· Monitor the design calendar and ensure timely completion of all development milestones.

· Support product presentations, marketing initiatives, and seasonal launches.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design.
• 5–10 years of experience in Western and Indo-Western apparel design.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, garment construction, fabrics, and product development.
• Experience in leading design teams and managing multiple collections simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design software.

Working Days- Mon-Sat

Office Timing- 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
