Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:\nManage the project budget, schedule and resources, and provide implementation guidance for the project\nDirectly responsible for the generation of project schedules, level of effort documents, risk assessments, gap assessments, issue tracking and cutover plans\nUtilize working knowledge of Waterfall and Scrum implementation methodologies to ensure successful projects\nOrganize project team resources and manage task assignments\nLead in project management efforts with MES and other applications\nDevelop strategic relationships with the client’s solution director, project manager, implementation team, key stakeholders and business / project sponsors\nProvide concise/meaningful project status dashboards to client and internal project Steering Committee\nCommunicate and apply industry best practices to multiple areas of the project\nProvide superior level customer service\nFacilitate the processes associated to identifying and gathering technical design requirements, high level business requirements, and interface requirements\nBecome well-versed with all our internal service offerings and enhancements\nUnderstand the importance of business intelligence (BI) and where it fits in the overall MES/MOM solution\nContribute to our internal Knowledge Base\nCreate postings to internal forum / knowledgebase that assist consultants with “self-help” troubleshooting and provide answers to common situations\nAssist with maintaining any relevant SOPs for job functions\nOther Duties\nAs assigned on a by project basis\nTravel Required:\nConsultant should be prepared to travel up to 15% of the time\nTravel required based on:\nCustomer requirements\nMilestone delivery\nSuccessful execution of assigned tasks\n\nCERTIFICATIONS\nCertified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent in work experience preferred\nMESA International Certificate of Awareness (CoA) for MES/MOM Methodologies preferred\nAPPLICATION ACCOUNTABILITY\nKey Responsibilities:\nUnderstand key activity required to successfully deploy manufacturing systems (such as Opcenter MES, Ignition SCADA, etc.) in order to effectively manage the delivery team’s activities, deliverables, and dependencies between deliverables\nEXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS\nSkills and Abilities Required:\nProven ability to provide strategic direction\nStrong leadership skills\nNeed to deliver project solutions of the highest quality\nAbility to manage and work collaboratively in a team environment\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nExperienced working with multiple disciplines within a company\nAbility to influence executive level management\nPossess forward vision – ability to identify plan for and deliver successful projects\nStrong communication skills – both written and in executive level presentation\nStrong organizational and documentation skills\nAttention to detail\nExperience:\nRequired:\n5-7 years of experience in technical project leadership or direct project management\nDirect manufacturing experience\nDemonstrated knowledge in solution components, software design and development methodologies\nDesired:\nExperience managing implementation of Siemens Opcenter MES (Camstar)\nExperience with Medical Device or Regulated Industry\nExperience with Validation and Verification\nOptional:\nExperience with PLM systems, LIMS systems, and/or QMS systems\nExperience managing implementation of Inductive Automation Ignition SCADA Platform\nExperience working in a consultative role with clients\nComputer Equipment and Software Requirements:\nMicrosoft Office Software\nMS Project\nEDUCATION\nBachelor's degree in related field plus a minimum of two years related experience.
