Liaison Architect

About the Role

Looking for a creative and experienced Lead Liason Architect to join our client's team. As a Liason Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of new buildings and structures.

Responsibilities :

\n
• Appointment and Coordination with liaison architects, Design consultants for the project
\n
• Supervise Designing, Detailing Working Drawing, BOQ-Quantity & Estimation of Interior & Architecture
\n
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies on need basis
\n
• Work with management to determine design requirements
\n
• Appointing Various Agencies for Project Execution
\n
• Area Working, Feasibility & Efficiency Working
\n
• Co-Coordinating with Client, Contractors, Consultants & Vendors
\n
• Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
\n
• Collaborate with other architects and engineers
\n

Qualifications :

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
\n
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (preferably with Developers)
\n

Required Skills :

\n
• Thorough understanding of DCPR and local by laws
\n
• Strong skills in Project strategy finalisation & Coordination
\n
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
\n
• Strong communication skills
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
