Instructional Designer

Your Tasks\nDesign and develop end-to-end learning solutions, including eLearning, blended learning, self-paced learning, Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT), and supporting learning assets.\nApply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create engaging, learner-centric, and business-focused learning experiences.\nDevelop high-quality learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled content development platforms.\nCollaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and global Learning Design stakeholders to transform complex technical content into effective and learner-friendly solutions.\nLeverage AI-supported tools and technologies to improve content development efficiency, quality, consistency, and scalability.\nContribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of learning design templates, development workflows, and quality standards.\nSupport LMS administration, content deployment, reporting, and learning analytics activities across Moodle, SuccessFactors, or similar Learning Management Systems.\nIndependently manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality learning solutions in a global and cross-cultural environment.\n\nYour Qualifications\nAny Graduate or Postgraduate qualification with 8–10 years of total professional experience, including a minimum of 4–5 years in Instructional Design.\nMust have 5–6 years of hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and PowerPoint.\nProven experience in developing both digital learning solutions and Instructor-Led Training (ILT/vILT) content.\nStrong understanding of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learner experience design.\nHands-on experience with LMS platforms, including content deployment, workflow management, reporting, and basic learning analytics.\nExperience working with AI-enabled content development tools and a strong interest in modern learning technologies.\nDemonstrated ability to work independently as a senior individual contributor while collaborating effectively with global stakeholders and cross-cultural teams.\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills, high ownership, attention to detail, creativity, adaptability, and a learner-centric mindset.
