Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

    \n
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the university/campus.
  • \n
  • Ensure discipline, security, and smooth functioning of administrative activities.
  • \n
  • Coordinate with various departments for effective implementation of institutional policies.
  • \n
  • Manage transport, housekeeping, maintenance, hostel, and facility management functions.
  • \n
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
  • \n
  • Handle government liaison, statutory compliance, and documentation as required.
  • \n
  • Monitor campus safety, emergency preparedness, and crisis management protocols.
  • \n
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure adherence to administrative standards.
  • \n
  • Maintain records, reports, and administrative correspondence.
  • \n
  • Support university events, examinations, admissions, and other institutional activities.
  • \n

Eligibility & Qualifications:

\n
    \n
  • Graduate in any discipline; Postgraduate qualification will be preferred.
  • \n
  • Minimum 8–15 years of administrative experience in a reputed organization/institution.
  • \n
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative reporting systems.
  • \n
\n

Preferred Candidates:

    \n
  • Ex-Servicemen from the Indian Armed Forces.
  • \n
  • Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs) / Honorary Commissioned Officers with administrative experience will be given preference.
  • \n
  • Experience in security management, personnel administration, logistics, and facility management will be an added advantage.
  • \n
  • Candidates with proven expertise in discipline management and organizational coordination are encouraged to apply.
